Dr Kyriaki Pantelidou
Specialist in Aesthetic Dermatology
Originally from Greece, Dr Kyriaki Pantelidou completed her General Practice training in the UK before pursuing a Master’s degree in Anaesthetic Medicine at Queen Mary University of London. With a strong foundation in both primary care and anaesthetics, she brings a medical, safety-focused approach to every treatment she provides.
Dr Pantelidou has undertaken specialist training in a wide range of aesthetic procedures, including anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers. Her ethos centres on delivering natural results that enhance confidence while prioritising patient safety and minimising complications. She views aesthetic medicine as a true medical specialty, combining artistry with clinical expertise.
Dr Ramesh Srinivasan
Specialist in Skin Health & Anti-Aging
Dr Ramesh Srinivasan has a broad medical background, having first trained in General Medicine and achieved Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (UK), before completing General Practice training and becoming a Member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. With a strong interest in dermatology, he currently works as a Community Skin Cancer Clinician in the North East Lincolnshire area.
Alongside his medical and dermatology expertise, Dr Srinivasan has undertaken extensive training in aesthetic medicine, with a particular focus on anti-wrinkle treatments. He is passionate about providing safe, evidence-based care and achieving natural, confidence-enhancing results for his patients.
Dr Sean Chathley

Dr Sean Chathley is a GP with a special interest in dermatology and aesthetic skin health. With over twenty years of medical experience, he takes a calm, thoughtful approach to treatment — focusing on achieving natural, healthy-looking results that help patients feel more confident in their own skin.
Originally trained at Christian Medical College, Ludhiana, Dr Chathley moved to the UK in 2005 and went on to complete specialist training in psychiatry and general practice. He has since developed further qualifications in dermatology, sexual and reproductive healthcare, and aesthetic medicine.
He holds a Level 7 Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine and has completed advanced training in polynucleotides, skin boosters, PRP, facial contouring and lip enhancement, alongside Obagi certification for acne, hyperpigmentation and rosacea.
At Ayona Aesthetics, Dr Chathley aims to combine medical knowledge, precision and care to deliver treatments that are safe, evidence-based and individually tailored — enhancing rather than changing, and always putting patient wellbeing first.
